Our business was established as a division of Mail Clinic Gilman with the goal of providing outstanding Notary services in the Puget Sound Eastside area to individuals and the Real Estate industry.

Who We Are

Eastside Notary Service is owned and operated by Robert and Katy Vann,  of Issaquah, WA.  We have been members of the Issaquah Chamber of Commerce for 10+ years and understand what it takes to provide outstanding personal service to businesses and individuals.  We are Certified Signing Specialists and look forward to serving your Notary and Real Estate signing needs.
